Pastor Tommy Leonard III is a man passionate for the Lord with a message of freedom for the body of Christ. His greatest desire is to see the body edified and encouraged to fulfill the will and purpose of God. He believes that God’s kingdom purpose is to empower the whole body to release the kingdom in the earth.
He was saved on June 25, 1995, at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, under the leadership of Pastor Kent O. Johnson, who also serves as New Season Christian Center (NSCC) covering Pastor. On September 9, 1997, he embarked on a journey of a lifetime by being called into the ministry.
The vision of NSCC was conceived in the spirit of Pastor Leonard in 2002 at a Pastor and Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas. After four years of prayer and steadfastness in ministry, Pastor Leonard felt that it was time to launch NSCC and on February 12, 2006, New Season Christian Center was established.
Pastor Leonard is blessed to be married to Co-Pastor LaTonyea T. Leonard for 24 years. They have three wonderful children: Adera, Rya and Jaeden.
Born in Columbia, SC, but raised in Southern California and Georgia, Evangelist LaTonyea Leonard is a powerful, yet simply-styled minister of the Gospel. Through Christ’s anointing and compassion, she stirs the hearts of God’s people to change and to receive God’s restoring love.
Evangelist Leonard is married to Pastor Tommy Leonard III, whom she met while serving Active Duty in the United States Air Force in Myrtle Beach SC. This union would result in the couple being transferred to Anchorage, Alaska, where they have lived for over 16 years. Anchorage would prove to be a place of many milestones. In 1995, Christ became LaTonyea’s personal Lord and Savior; in 1999, she stepped into her calling as a Minister of the Gospel, and in 2000, she was ordained an Evangelist. Through God’s elevation, He has not only called her, but equipped her to impact nations for Him.
Taught by the Holy Spirit of God, she has been graced with the great gift of preaching and teaching the Word of God, as well as the gift of song. Her genuine love for God’s people can be felt in everything that she does.
As a result of obedience and dedication, Christ allowed New Season Christian Center, which was conceived in Tommy’s Spirit in 2002, to be birthed in 2006. NSCC is a place where people are prepared, empowered, and propelled to fulfill their purpose and destiny in God and is where Evangelist Leonard serves alongside her husband.
Tommy and LaTonyea have 3 wonderful children, Adera, Rya and Jaeden Leonard.

Ezekiel 3:8: “Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads.”
This is the scripture that God gave me when He chose me for ministry, and it let me know that I was built for the works and tasks that were ahead of me.

Phil 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” I have been through many trials in my life, and every one I was able to overcome because of the strength received from Christ.

My dream vacation is to do a cruise around the world.
My favorite verse is Hebrews 4:12. I love this scripture because it makes the word of God come alive to me. And it causes my faith to arise every time I read or quote it.
I really enjoy taking pictures and short videos, especially when I am on vacation. And I like electronic gadgets, computers, reading and praying. But I especially enjoy educational travel.
Psalms 103. This passage is a constant reminder to me that Jehovah is my healer, provider, and protector. If you have a nugget of wisdom to leave to the next generation, what would it be? Be a person of high integrity, possess an attitude of gratitude, and, most importantly, be led by the Spirit.

“Hosanna! Blessed Be The Rock Of My Salvation.”
Psalm 27:1. This verse gives me comfort, and lets me know that I’m held in the safety of God’s strong arm. That means nothing can get to me without first coming through Him.

Family matters. Character counts. Speak with integrity. Don’t make assumptions or take anything personally. And always do your best!

John 15:15 (NKJV) “No longer do I call you servants… but I have called you friends…” It’s amazing that the Father not only choose me to serve but to also have an intimate personal relationship with Him. So much so, He calls me friend.

Not sure that I have labeled one a favorite, but one I really love is Lamentations 3:22, because it reminds me why I make it and am making it on this journey.
